Sania crashes out of Kremlin Cup
[Fri Oct 12, 2007]Sania crashes out from Kremlin Cup with her doubles loss in the quarter final. Sania Mirza along Swiss partner Patty Schnyder went down to the top seeded pair of Cara Black and Liezel Huber by 6-3 5-7 10-7.
Although the Indo-Swiss pair lost the match, they had given a good fight. They lost the first set, but came back with the second set. Even in the third resulting set, they stretched the match to 17 games.
Sania Mirza is already out from the singles event. She lost to the Argentine, Gisela Dulko, in the first round match.
