Sania crashes out from singles of Zurich Open
[Wed Oct 17, 2007]Sania Mirza crashes out from singles of Zurich Open with the opening round loss to a wildcard entry Michaella Krajicek of the Netherlands. Sania did good job for first three games, but then Krajicek won nine straight games and made a victory with 6-1, 6-4. Krajicek’s serve was stronger and she had consistency in the rallies which earned her a win on Monday.
This is Sania's second first-round exit after the last weeks Kremlin Cup. At Kremlin Cup, she went down to Gisela Dulko of Argentina.
For doubles at Zurich Open she is paired with Patty Schnyder of Switzerland. Hope Sania will make great in doubles.
