Sania's Pakistan Tour Postponed

Sania Mirza was supposed to make Pakistan tour in November or December, but the tour is now postponed due to lack of sponsors. The expected tour was planned jointly by the PTF (Pakistan Tennis Federation) and the (ITF) Indian Tennis Federation to promote tennis in both the countries and to improve the relations between the two federations.

PTF had announced that it was expecting to host India's top tennis star Sania Mirza this year, but lack of sponsorship has postponed the schedule. During the tour, Sania was scheduled to play opposite Pakistan's top tennis player Aisamul Haq Qureshi in doubles match.
