Sania Exits From First Round of Florida Event

Sania Mirza loses to Alona Bondarenko of Ukraine in the very first round of $220,000 MPS Group Championships, Florida. Bondarenko seeded 7th at the event defeated Mirza in two straight sets 6-4 6-3.

For women's doubles event, Sania is teamed up with Chia-Jung Chuang of Taiwan. This Indo-Taipei duo will meet Lilia Osterloh of America and Melinda Czink of Hungary for the first round.
