Sania Mirza to wed Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik

Sania has always been in limelight for some reason or the other. This time it is because of the news that she is about to get married to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik. The news broke on Pakistan's Geo Television on Monday and this is just a few months after she called off her engagement with childhood friend Sohrab Mirza. However, later when Sania's father Imran Mirza was asked, he confirmed and said that the wedding will take place within a month.

Meanwhile, Malik also tweeted, "The news of me marrying Sania is true. Inshallah, we'll get married in April."

According to sources, the two stared seeing each other six months back. Things were finalized only when Malik's mother met Sania's family. The wedding is expected to happen in April in India and a grand reception followed by it will be held in Lahore. After their marriage the couple will reside in Dubai.

"My wedding is Inshallah going to be the biggest day of my life. I have been in the media glare for too long and would appreciate privacy at this very personal moment in my life," said Sania.
